Listing rules
These rules set out what may be posted on the Freelancinu platform. By publishing a listing you confirm that you have read and will follow them. They keep the platform useful and safe for everyone.
Who can post
Registered users offering their services may post. The information in a listing must be true, accurate and current. One account and its activity are the responsibility of the same person.
Allowed content
Post only real services that are yours to offer. A good listing is:
- clearly described: what is done, the scope, and what the client can expect;
- honestly priced, or marked as a negotiable price;
- assigned to the right category and city;
- illustrated with your own photos or work samples.
Prohibited content
Do not post content that:
- breaks the laws of the Republic of Lithuania or the rights of third parties;
- is deceptive, misleading or intended to defraud;
- offers adult services, gambling, weapons, drugs or other restricted goods and services;
- is offensive, discriminatory or incites hatred;
- copies another person's work, trademark or copyrighted material;
- is spam, repetitive or unrelated to the service offered;
- publishes other people's contact details without consent.
Pricing and communication
State a real price with no hidden fees. Communicate with clients politely and honour what your listing promised. The parties agree on fees, timing and terms directly.
Moderation
Every new or edited listing is reviewed before it goes live. A listing that breaks the rules may be declined or removed without separate notice. A published listing is live for a limited time and can be renewed afterwards.
Liability
Freelancinu is a free platform where users post their own services and deal with each other directly. The Website is not a party to any deal and is not responsible for the quality of services, payments or the parties' obligations. The platform is run by an independent developer, not a company.
Violations
If you notice a rule violation, report the listing using the button on the listing itself. Repeated violations may lead to an account being restricted or removed. Questions about the rules? Contact us.
